Terms & Conditions – UK HGV Hire

1. Operator & Partner

This website (www.ukhgvhire.com) is operated by KLB Solutions FZCO (Dubai, UAE).

We act as the official marketing and lead generation partner for HGV Hire Centre (HGV Leasing Supply Limited, Company No. 12843085).

All contracts, deposits, insurance, maintenance, and hire agreements are handled directly by HGV Hire Centre.

2. Our Role

UK HGV Hire does not own or provide vehicles.

We collect enquiries and pass them to HGV Hire Centre.

Your hire contract is solely with HGV Hire Centre.

3. Hire Terms (Summary)

For reference, HGV Hire Centre applies the following standard conditions:

Minimum Hire:

6x2 tractor units — 1 week minimum hire.

Specialist vehicles (tippers, mixers, skip loaders, flats, recovery, curtainsiders, 7.5t box) — 24-month minimum hire.

Pricing:

6x2 tractor units — £350 + VAT per week.

Specialist vehicles — £395 + VAT per week (24-month hire).

Deposits:

£500 per 6x2 unit (UK hire).

£1,000 for specialist vehicles or any hire abroad.

Insurance:

Hirer must arrange fully comprehensive cover.

No insurance is provided by HGV Hire Centre.

Mileage:

Unlimited mileage (single driver use only).

24/7 back-to-back use is not permitted.

Tyres & Maintenance:

Six-weekly PMI checks included.

Tread is covered; punctures and blowouts are hirer’s responsibility.

Breakdowns:

Responsibility of hirer via their insurance.

Emergency support number: +44 7375 794437.

Delivery & Collection:

First 20 miles free.

£1.50 per mile from Dewsbury depot thereafter.

Fuel:

Must be returned at the same level as collected.

4. Payments

Payment is made weekly in advance by BACS.

No credit terms are offered.

5. Liability

KLB Solutions FZCO / UK HGV Hire is not responsible for:

Vehicle condition, availability, or performance.

Deposits, payments, or insurance cover.

Breakdowns, accidents, or consequential loss.

Your hire is governed exclusively by HGV Hire Centre’s contract and terms, which will be provided before you hire.
